MedsOnline247 has a written formal complaints procedure. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within two working days and to respond within five working days.
You should submit your formal complaint to email@example.com Anybody who is unhappy with our response to any complaint should contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Anonymous Tip Off
If you suspect a friend or family member to be potentially abusing medication, you can provide us with an anonymous tip off. We shall then carry out an internal investigation into the matter.
